Campus Center for the Environment (CCE) is a student-run, student-funded environmental advocacy unit of the Associated Students of the University of California, Davis (ASUCD) that promotes student involvement in our campus sustainability efforts. CCE encourages environmental stewardship through workshops, education, and specific student-led projects. We also encourage inter-group collaboration between environmental and sustainability focused student groups and relevant departments on campus. This blog is part of Project Challenge, one of CCE's three projects. Project Challenge is the educational, advocacy and campaign aspect of CCE that focuses on environmentalism, sustainability, and environmental justice. Through information campaigns, we aim to educate and mobilize the UC Davis community to participate in sustainable actions and learn about environmental stewardship. Project Challenge is a call to action for the UC Davis community, challenging the community to incorporate sustainable practices in their daily lives.
